Prior to the application of any inactivity fee, 77ph6 will make reasonable attempts to notify you using the contact information registered to your account.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your use of 77ph6, or any game outcome shall first be submitted to 77ph6's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team via live chat or email at [email protected].

77ph6 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within five (5) business days and will endeavor to reach a resolution within thirty (30) business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 77ph6 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect 77ph6's intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

77ph6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 77ph6 will provide notice to registered players via the email address registered to their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.
